And another month is in the books. The one little word* class is one of those classes I actually work on each and every month. I don't stop after a few weeks, I sit down every month and complete the prompts. This class helps me to reconnect with my word month after month.
The March prompt was about choosing action items. Things we want to do this year. I didn't sit down and looked for those action items on one evening. I jotted them down over the term of a few weeks whenever I found something else I really want to work on this year. In the end I had eight action items.
- reduce my belongings // less is more!
- focus on moving my body // I want to be fit!
- being more offline
- private
- create the perfect wardrobe // less is the key
- create a morning routine
- doing something for my bad skin
- focus on good quality
For every action item I chose two or three ways how I could accomplish them. Now is the time to work!
The printable was part of the class material. Because I use a 5x7 minibook I adjusted it to my needs.
*One Little Word® is a concept created by Ali Edwards where you pick a word at the beginning of the year and you work with your word on a year long journey. You can find out more about it here and sign up for the class here.
