get messy - my final pages

Create Share Love | GetMessy15

A few weeks ago I decided to leave the get messy group because I felt too much pressure to create and photograph two pages every week. I didn't like my pages anymore I made in the past few weeks and this isn't good. So today I share my final pages from my art journal.

In the past months I created 68 art journal pages. Most of them in my favorite size 8x8 inches. Although I already started a new art journal I decided to take out those few pages I made to put them into my first art journal. I kept my title page plain until now. After being inspired by paint.plan.play I finally decided how I want it to look like.

The last two pages of my 2014 art journal are also my interpretation of this month's prompt which comes from me by the way.

Journaling challenge: Pick one word that describes you right now. Just one word.

Art challenge: Play with the word you picked. Use letter stickers, cut out your word from magazines and create a collage, write your word a hundred times on a piece of paper and use it as a background, use paint to write your word,… The main focus should be on your word.
